Completed under Certificate of Practice of Fryett Turner Architects Inc.
This 50-unit apartment condominium, located near Welland, ON, forms the first phase of a larger three-building residential development.
The project includes one and two bedroom suites, a communal amenity room, below-grade parking, and extensive landscaped outdoor areas. Planning and design work also supported future phases of development, including a 63-unit building.
