Long-Term Care
Completed under Certificate of Practice of Arise Architects Co-operative Corp.
This 160 bed long term care home was designed for a for-profit operator, with the primary focus on delivering a functional and fully compliant facility that met all Ministry requirements.
The work included planning, design, and coordination of resident areas, support space, and service functions within strict timelines and budget parameters. The project contributes to our broader understanding of long-term care environments and the regulatory frameworks that shape them.
