This fully self-contained accessory dwelling unit (ADU) fits a home into under 350 square feet of area. With a contemporary aesthetic and an efficient, open layout, the design includes a kitchen, bathroom, sleeping area and living space.

Designed with flexibility in mind, both in use and construction, the unit can serve as a guest suite, rental, or supportive housing for aging in place. It's simple footprint also lends itself to a variety of construction methods, including onsite built, panelized systems, or entire offsite prefabrication.
